Today's garage sales finds!!

I've been so jealous of others finding good AG stuff at garage sales. Today was my day! No, no $5 dolls, or anything like that, but I got a Pleasant Collector's Edition boxed set (VERY nice!), two AG books, one hardback, one paperback, and A NEVER USED, UNCUT Pleasant Co. Kirsten Doll Dress Pattern set, complete in the ribbon-tied envelope! And the best part is, I PAID $3.00 FOR ALL OF IT! Awesome luck! Congratulations on your finds!! [img]biggrin.gif[/img] Especially on the dress patterns. Those are hard to find, I believe.

Just a few days ago, I visited my local Salvation Army and found a retired Addy bookend (the heavy ones that were made with Hallmark). The bookend was pretty much brand new with the original price tag still hanging on it, but SA was selling it at less than one-third of the retail price. It is lovely.
